Is it like a vending machine?

No! It’s more like a real convenience store. We operate on an honor system — all shelves and coolers are open 24/7 for residents. Just grab what you need, scan, pay, and go!

I’m a busy Property Manager. Who handles it?

You don’t have to lift a finger. We handle the installation, restocking, and maintenance — everything!

How is the market monitored?

We have cameras that monitor all activity around the clock.

What if someone steals from the market? Who covers the loss?

We do. In the rare case of theft, the community never pays a dime.

What kinds of products are available?

We offer a wide range: pantry staples (rice, beans, pasta, etc.), snacks, chocolate, protein bars, personal care items (toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, etc.), over-the-counter meds (Tylenol, Advil, etc.), water, sodas, energy drinks, juice, eggs, ice cream, pizza, frozen meals, and more!

Who picks the products?

We start with a curated selection, but residents can request specific items — and we’ll do our best to stock them!

How do residents pay?

It’s completely cashless. Our kiosks accept all major credit cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay and more.
